On March 19 the House Education Appropriations Committee read HB 863. During this reading, Representative Spano stated that three amendments will be added. One of these amendments addresses FACTE member concerns regarding the proposed requirement that all supervisors of field experiences in which impact on K-12 student learning is evaluated must hold current teacher certification, This amendment was submitted to Representative Spano by the TLPIC.
